Create FAQ Pages​

Note : To create content you need to login as AOK User. To create FAQ content follow the steps,

  1. Click on Inhalt(Content) -> Inhalt hinzufügen (Add Content) -> FAQ
  2. Add Appropriate 'FAQ Heading' .
  3. Add 'FAQ Identifier' FAQ Identifier should consist a unique identification string, It should not consist special characters. We can add like. Ex. challenges, challenges_goal, sports-1.
  4. Add FAQ Sections, enter 'Section Title' it will be display as heading for sections in FAQ Page.
  5. At 'Add Questions & Answers' section Enter 'Question'.
  6. Add 'Answer' for the question we have added.
  7. Select 'Categories', multiple categories can be selected. Click on FAQ Question & Answer hinzufugen to add more Question & Answers for the section.
  8. Click on 'FAQ Section hinzufugen' to add more sections.
  9. Click on Speichern (Published) button at bottom to save the page.
  10. We need to provide grant for the AOK, after published click on Grants tab.
  11. Give the permission for the Role (Ansicht, Bearbeiten) permission, select the check box and click on 'Save'

FAQ Revisions​

To find the FAQ revisions follow the given steps,

  1. Click on 'Inhalt(content)'.
  2. Choose the FAQ page to edit (check if Inhaltstype is 'FAQ') -> Click on 'Bearbeiten(Edit)' button at right side respective at Titel column.
  3. Click on 'Revisionen(Revision)' tab. It will show all revisions for the FAQ.
  4. We can compair the 2 revisions. Select the revisions using radio buttons and click on 'Ausgewählte Revisionen vergleichen(Compare Selected Revisions)' it will give the comparison page 2 revisions side by side. Changes are green colored and current one is red.
  5. We can revert the FAQ content to the older version Click on 'Zurücksetzen(revert)' it will revert the consent to the selected revision content.

Edit FAQ's​

To edit FAQ pages follow given steps,

  1. Click on 'Inhalt(content)'.
  2. Choose the consent page to edit (check if Inhaltstype is 'FAQ') -> Click on 'Bearbeiten(Edit)' button at right side respective at Titel column.
  3. Edit the page, after editing please make sure 'Vröffentlicht(published)' is chcked.
  4. Click on 'Speichern(Save)' button.
